Step 1: Take your statements, exactly how you receive them from the Carrier, and drop them in our folder.
Step 2: Sit back and watch.
Use our reports, hook up to your own business intelligence tool, or let us help you build custom reports.
Our custom column feature allows you to group your line items by any value you might need.
Team, downline, office, location, marketing campaign - you name it!
This powerful feature allows you to group your statements by values that aren't even on the statements.
CSV, Excel, Excel 97, PDF, XML, Scanned Images, there's nothing we can't handle.
We strive to provide the best support, always.
You can visualize Attributes as an extra column that gets added to each line item in your carrier statement.
Using an easy and simple interface, you define rules for what values those custom columns will take and what options they are able to be set to.
Example: If the agent is "SCHAEFFER, RICH", then "Team Name" will be set to "Team 1" and "Location" will be set to "New York."
Most agencies can be fully onboarded within a week.
Typically, new data will be visible in your reports nearly instantly after dropping it into your folder. CSV and Excel documents are parsed the fastest and computer-generated PDFs are slightly slower.
Scanned PDF documents can take up to five minutes.
Larger PDF statements (100,000+ line items) with lots of custom columns can take as long as 15 minutes. Stateable will notify you when large files are completed.
The Attribution Engine the best way to "Add" on information to your statements.
For example, if you want to group your Sales Agents by Region, Hierarchy, Team Leader, or any other dimension, you can easily create new Attributes and "assign" your agents accordingly.
That way, we can include information and group by categories that aren't necessarily on the statements themselves.
When new statements are loaded in, any Attributes you have created will be automatically updated based on your rules.
You can use a custom column to to merge these values together.
Example: "SCHAEFFER, RICHARD" and "RICHARD SCHAEFFER", "RICH SCHAEFF", and "100021" (Agent ID) will all be grouped together and considered as one agent: "Richard Schaeffer".
Whenever a new statement is uploaded with any of these values for Writing Agent, it will automatically add a column "Agent" set to "Richard Schaeffer".
We understand that many larger agencies have a lot of internal data structure.
